We take pride in offering the best customer service possible here at 7nineteen, and our friendly team are available Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 5pm.

Katie and the team are ready to help you with product questions, order and refund queries, and any other questions you may have, and if we don’t know we can certainly find out.

Please note that our offices and warehouse are not open to the public.

Some of our products are made upon order. This means you’ll need to allow up to 4 to 5 working days for delivery. During the Christmas period or when we are running promotions, the high demand on our products can sometimes impact on these times, should this be the case, you will be notified via email.

If the product you’ve received isn’t quite up to scratch, or has developed a manufacturing fault, we’d really like the opportunity to get this right for you. We hate to see a wasted product, so please note that we never send any faulty items to landfill. They will either be repaired, reused or recycled.

Defective Clothing: In the unusual event that your item is faulty in any way (we are only human after all), we’ll gladly replace it, as fast as humanly possible. Please email us at: [email protected] (preferably with photos) explaining the defect, within 5 days of receiving any faulty goods, or by sending us a message on our contact us page.

You will need to return your defective merchandise for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Repack the item(s) in the garment bag your order was shipped in, or something comparable, and return the package to us using the address below. Please include a copy of your receipt, or a note including your order number to speed up the exchange process.

Return Shipping & Handling: We recommend you use Royal Mail.

Clothing: All items must be unused and include the original packaging. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell. If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean. Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

We do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order. We recommend returning items tracked via Royal Mail, as 7nineteen cannot account for any items which could potentially go missing on their journey back to us.  We’d also recommend placing the new order ASAP to avoid disappointment.

All of our products come with a care label, where you’ll find washing instructions specific to that product.  Following these will ensure the longevity of your clothes, and although it’s great to buy a new outfit, we’re keen to encourage as much wear as possible before throwing out your used clothes.

Here’s a few tips for keeping your clothing going for longer:

• DO NOT iron directly over any logos or graphics printed on your garment.
• Wash on a low heat.  Try to use natural detergents (these are less harsh on your skin and the environment) and avoid ones which have sodium laurel sulphate and optical brighteners.  These are often derived from petrochemicals and are then released into the water systems.

• ‘Spot-clean’ individual stains on things like robes and jackets, with a damp cloth.

• Line-dry to reduce environmental impact and also save energy.  Avoiding the tumble-drier will also increase the longevity of your clothes.  Dry out of direct sunlight, and why not opt for wooden pegs rather than plastic ones?

• Our tees/sweats/hoods prints are all made with a chemical-free, water based print. This will naturally wear-in over time and washes, so we recommend washing inside out.
