If the product you’ve received isn’t quite up to scratch, or has developed a manufacturing fault, we’d really like the opportunity to get this right for you. We hate to see a wasted product, so please note that we never send any faulty items to landfill. They will either be repaired, reused or recycled.
Defective Clothing: In the unusual event that your item is faulty in any way (we are only human after all), we’ll gladly replace it, as fast as humanly possible. Please email us at: [email protected] (preferably with photos) explaining the defect, within 5 days of receiving any faulty goods, or by sending us a message on our contact us page.
You will need to return your defective merchandise for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Repack the item(s) in the garment bag your order was shipped in, or something comparable, and return the package to us using the address below. Please include a copy of your receipt, or a note including your order number to speed up the exchange process.
Return Shipping & Handling: We recommend you use Royal Mail.
Clothing: All items must be unused and include the original packaging. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell. If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean. Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
